Day 1: Entebbe → Kisoro → Bwindi
Charter flight (or private 4×4) Entebbe→Kisoro
4×4 transfer into Bwindi Impenetrable NP
Afternoon Batwa welcome—forest traditions and music
Overnight at Four Gorilla Lodge or Silverback Lodge
Day 2: Gorilla Trek & Community Walk
08:00 AM gorilla trek—track habituated family (1 hr with gorillas)
Afternoon return for a guided forest or village walk
Evening debrief and dinner at the lodge
Day 3: Leisure & Departure
Morning at leisure or an optional short forest trail
Late-morning 4×4 transfer back to Kisoro and charter/private flight to Entebbe
